ComplexCon HK 將於星期六、日特設潮流市集，而 The Whisky Library 其中一個攤位將位於潮流市集會場 C07號鋪。

除了提供各款精品美酒及無酒精飲品，我們的攤位更為大家準備了擲彩虹遊戲，讓大家在享用美酒的同時可以回味一番兒時玩意。

我們今次於 ComplexCon HK 特別揀選了使用100%植物原材料及可堆肥的凍飲杯來盛載各款飲品，減少難以被分解的塑膠製品使用，希望為環境保護出一分力。

The Whisky Library will have two bars inside the venue, where you can taste the latest independent bottlings (IB) of Scotch whisky, cocktails curated by renowned mixologists in the city, and non-alcoholic cocktails, as well as locally brewed craft beer by Carbon Brews.

Every day at The Whisky Library booth, different famous mixologists will be present (schedule and list of names at the end of the article) to craft the cocktails on the spot, providing an exquisite taste experience for everyone's palate .

Paul Wang, the Senior International Sales Manager APAC of Douglas Laing, an independent bottler of Scotch whisky, will also be present to introduce various whisky selections, giving everyone the opportunity to delve into the world of the finest whisky.

Happy Earth Day 2022! 由 1970 年開始，每年的 4 月 22 日被定為世界地球曰，發起人 Gaylord Nelson 希望藉此引起世界各地的媒體與大眾對環保的關注，而今年的主題為 Invest in Our Planet。來自蘇格蘭 Glasgow 的 Garden Shed Drinks Company 自成立開始，已經以環保為目標，更會將一部份利潤捐給當地的環保機構：Bumblebee Conservation Trust 及 TREES4SCOTLAND，希望藉此回饋給大自然。地球為我們孕育出各種造酒的原材料，我們在品嚐美酒佳釀的時候，不妨也細想一下我們可如何 Invest in Our Planet 吧！ Earth Day has been celebrated on 22 April since its founding in 1970 by Gaylord Nelson. 法國的白蘭地甜美可人，意大利的白蘭地清新怡人。意大利白蘭地 — Grappa，利用釀製紅白酒剩下的葡萄漿作蒸餾原材料，令其香氣及口感與別不同。 The Whisky Library 的包桶 Grappa Ambrata HK 用上三種不同的葡萄，陳年八年以上，讓這瓶 grappa 香氣及層次飽滿豐富，果香與木香在口中層層堆疊，深邃迷人。 While French brandy is known to be sweet and bold, Italian brandy – grappa, is famous for being fresh and fragrant. Grappa is made by distilling the pomace collected from the grape pressing stage in winemaking processes. The use of pomace contributes to the unique aromas and textures of Grappa. Our private cask Grappa Ambrata HK was distilled with three types of grapes by the famous angel grappa maker – Romano Levi. It was then aged in barrels for at least 8 years, which is rather rare in the grappa industry.
