Chevalier Delaude, hailing from the Languedoc, was created by Thomas Delaude, locally known as a “knight of the fertile soil” for his deep connection to the land. In the sun-drenched south of the Languedoc, this outstanding wine grows on clay-limestone soils where the art of grape growing reaches its peak.

A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre (GSM) Chevalier Delaude is exceptional value, having won multiple gold medals at international wine shows and scoring 95/100 "Best Value" from Decanter, 95/100 from Wine Orbit and 94/100 from Ray Jordan for Wine Pilot.

Penfolds Bin 311 Chardonnay truly reflects the winemakers’ mantra ‘we always go where the fruit grows best and where it best suits style’. In 2017, the fruit sourcing has moved to cool-climate multi-regional; Adelaide Hills, Tasmania, Tumbarumba.

In true Bin 311 style, it exhibits lemon/lime aromas and a mineral acid backbone, complemented by barrel fermentation and maturation in French oak.
