This is Durrus!

A semi-soft washed & brushed pinky beige crust, low in fat from using morning milk only. Rather crumbly & creamy in the centre with the edges mellow & melting. …the taste is nutty with a little rustic earthiness from the use of copper Swiss style vats.
It’s made with pasteurised cow’s milk and it comes from County Cork, Ireland. Delicious!!

The Lambrusco family of grapes (there are many varieties, once numbered at 56) is thought to be one of the oldest in Italy and is predominantly found in Emilia Romagna.
Today, the focus is on a handful of varieties and Cantina di Soliera specialise in Lambrusco do Sorbara and Lambrusco Grasparossa.

This new wine we have in the shop is 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara. It’s a lovely sparkling, vegetarian & vegan, appealing deep pink in colour with subtle raspberry and strawberry aromas and delicate, dried rose petal notes.

It’s fresh and dry with a fine mousse and will pair perfectly with cold meats or seafood.

This lovely Riesling is back!
We love it for its brilliant minerality and moderate acidity, it’s complex and juicy with flavours of peaches, apples, grapefruit and gooseberry.

Beautiful when paired with Asian inspired dishes! 🥂🥂
