The wines produced by Stephane Bernaudeau have gained an immense reputation, generating a cult-like following among wine fanatics. He is now one of the most important interpreters of biodynamics in the Loire Valley with wines produced in very small quantity.

Establishing his own Domaine in 2000, Stéphane began producing his own wines from meticulously cared for low-yielding bush vines.

Being a white wine lover, he currently produces three astonishingly exquisite dry chenins from 3 hectares of vineyards.

Les Nourrissons, a hectare of Chenin planted in 1910, is situated on a plateau of schist. Aged in older oak barrels, it is a dense wine offering a rare vigour and energy, with deeply set fruit and with an incredible texture and persistence.

Isle of Raasay x Hedonism Wines 2024 Cask Offer ✨

The distillery was co-founded by Bill Dobbie and Alasdair Day in 2014, who set out with the goal of becoming Scotland’s leading artisanal distiller 👊

On 14th September 2017, the Isle of Raasay Distillery opened its doors and spirit was flowing - The island’s first legal distillation had finally taken place 🥃

The Isle of Raasay ‘Na Sia’ Cask programme is very limited and over subscribed; with only 60 casks sold each year - We are delighted to offer Hedonism Wines clients access to a limited number of additional casks ‼️

The casks selected by Hedonism are American white oak, sourced from Sagamore Distilling Co., a Maryland distillery famous for their rye whisky. Each cask will be filled with ~190 litres of unpeated Isle of Raasay spirit 🙏

The Last Drop 22 Year Old Infinity Rum is an extraordinary blend crafted from hundreds of duty suspended samples collected during the year 2000 ✨

All the rum samples were placed inside an oak cask in December 2000, securely sealed, and left to rest in a storage facility in Liverpool for an additional 22 years 🙏

The outcome of this prolonged aging process is a complex symphony of flavors sourced from a diverse range of countries, including Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad, Barbados, Venezuela, Guadeloupe, Brazil, and Saint Lucia 🌎

After nearly 30 years as an acclaimed Napa Valley vintner, Jayson Pahlmeyer became increasingly entranced by the wines of Burgundy 🍷

Wayfarer vineyard was planted by David Abreu in 2002 and, in 2005, Jayson started blending Wayfarer Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with fruit from Sonoma’s Russian River vineyards and bottling it under the Pahlmeyer moniker 🇺🇸

By 2012, the vineyard’s exceptional fruit presented an irrefutable case for a namesake label. With Jayson’s daughter, Cleo Pahlmeyer, at the helm, Wayfarer is an endeavor of true passion – an experiment that pushes the exactitude of winegrowing and winemaking to the farthest limits ✨

Springbank 20 Year Old Fresh Sherry & Port Starkicker 2000 - During the late 1990s and early 2000s, Springbank distillery made whisky casks available to the public. Whisky enthusiasts formed syndicates to acquire these casks. Now, exclusive Springbank syndicate bottlings featuring remarkable vintages and age statements are emerging in the secondary market. Distilled in the year 2000 and aged in fresh sherry and port hogsheads, this whisky spent two decades maturing before Springbank bottled it in 2020 at 43.4% ABV 🥃

Springbank 20 Year Old Last Bottling of the Century 1999 - Distilled in the late 1970s, this extraordinary 20-year-old Springbank was bottled on the 20th of December 1999, heralded as the “Last Bottling of the 20th Century”. Aged in oak casks and presented at 46% ABV, only 57 bottles of this singular malt were crafted, exclusively reserved for the shareholders, directors, and staff of J&A Mitchell Co. Springbank Private Sherry Cask 341 1993 - Drawn from a privately owned fresh sherry cask and bottled at the distillery in 2018, this Springbank from the 1993 vintage offers a distinctive profile. The nose presents notes of cloves, eucalyptus, sherry, oak, orange peel, plum pudding, and toffee. Meanwhile, the palate unfolds with elements of dry oak, milk chocolate, cinnamon custard, blackcurrants, and hints of liquorice 🥃
