Ever tried making a Pinkster Gimlet?

The classic cocktail ingredients are alcohol, something sweet and something sour, and this contemporary twist on a traditional gin cocktail has it all. Unashamedly pink and fabulously simple to make, it’s also easy to pre-batch and will keep for weeks in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Pinkster
25ml fresh lime juice
25ml sugar syrup
12.5ml Pinkster Raspberry & Hibiscus Spritz
Raspberries and a lime

METHOD

Pour into a shaker
Add a couple of raspberries
Shake and then pour into an ice-filled glass
Garnish with a wedge of lime

Just as we celebrated the Platinum Jubilee with 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙍𝙤𝙮𝙖𝙡, so we'll be toasting King Charles this Coronation Weekend.

* 50ml Pinkster Royale (obvs)
* 10ml sugar syrup
* 15ml lemon juice
* Top with Prosecco or champagne

Add gin, lemon juice and syrup into a shaker and shake with ice.

Strain into flute glass and top with fizz. Fresh raspberry garnish optional.

Ingredients

* 25ml Pinkster
* 25ml Pinkster Royale
* 25m Limoncello
* Dash of lemon juice
* Prosecco (or other sparkling wine)⠀

Directions

*⠀In a cocktail shaker, combine all but the Prosecco and shake well with ice
*. Double strain into a flute and top up with the fizz. The limoncello is optional but it lends a touch of sweetness to the drink, if that suits you, as the Pinkster Royale doesn't have any added sugar
* Garnish with a lemon peel or raspberry

💘 45ml Pinkster
💘 22.5ml Sweet Vermouth
💘 22.5ml Dry Vermouth
💘 Three raspberries

Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of your cocktail shaker. Measure remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass, or similar.

It's Pinktini weekend here at Pinkster Towers.

Our twist on the classic Martini is devilishly simple to make and mighty tasty 😋

Ingredients:

*50ml Pinkster
*10ml Elderflower cordial

Fill shaker with ice, throw in several raspberries and then add five parts Pinkster to one part cordial, shake and pour into an ice-cold Martini glass. Garnish with a raspberry and a sprig of mint.
