Introducing...The Cambucha🍋 The serve to round off your January. Liven up your Kombucha with the gin-twist and say goodbye to dry. Ingredients: 35ml Cambridge Dry Gin 125ml Kombucha 15ml Elderflower Gin Liqueur Method: Add Cambridge Dry Gin and Elderflower Gin Liqueur to a glass with ice and top with Kombucha. Stir gently to combine and garnish with lemon zest.

Cambridge Jasmine hot gin toddy

When the temperature drops, nothing warms you through like a hot gin toddy. Recipe developed by @gourmetglow 200ml Cambridge Gin 400ml Jasmine Tea, freshly brewed 100ml Peach Liqueur 20ml Demerara Syrup (see below) Peach Bitters Dried Guava to garnish Demerara Syrup: 100g Demerara syrup 100ml Water Method: 1. Begin with the syrup. Add the Demerara sugar & water to a small pan. Dissolve the sugar over a low heat then bring to a boil. Boil for 3-5 minutes until syrupy then cool. Transfer to the fridge and chill. 2. When ready, heat the tea in a pan until steaming. Add the syrup and combine. Add 50ml gin and 25ml Peach liqueur to 4 heatproof glasses and top with ¼ Jasmine tea mixture. Add 2 dashes of peach bitters, a slice of dried guava and serve.
