▶️ FILTERING DAY ✔️ During the second fermentation it is important to filter the mead transferring it to another jar without the sediments (dead yeast and nutrients) the mead is slowly clarifying🔮, gravity is also stabilising, it's all about patience⏳ and doing the best every time. @ Vienna, Austria
