Tito's Toast
1 1/2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
3 oz sparkling white wine
1/3 oz wildflower honey
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice

Add Tito's, honey, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a flute.
Top with sparkling white wine.
Garnish with a strawberry, and a lemon twist.

Blanco Margarita
1.5 oz Don Julio Blanco
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime5 oz Agave Nectar
Garnish: House ground chili salt & lime

Prepare a rocks glass with an extravagant salt rim – play with colors, texture, todos. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake passionately. Strain into a glass over ice. Garnish with lime wheel.

MILAGROQUITO (Group Serve)
10 oz Milagro Silver
12 oz Evaporated Milk
15 oz Cream of Coconut

Following baking Spices to personal taste:
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Star Anise
Nutmeg

Bring evaporated milk and cream of coconut to a simmer over heat and stir constantly. Add spices while stirring. Remove from heat and let cool for 20 minutes. Add tequila and stir once more until spices and tequila are blended. Pour into a clean, empty glass bottle that can be resealed and chill before serving.

CRANBERRY PALOMA
1.5 Parts Milagro Silver
3/4 Part Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 Part Cranberry Juice
1/2 Part Thyme Simple Syrup
2 Parts Pink Grapefruit Soda
Cranberries (Garnish)

Combine all ingredients except soda in a boston shaker and shake well. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice and garnish with cranberries.

Tito’s Pumpkin Pie Martini
2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
1/2 oz half & half
1 tbsp canned pumpkin pie mix (make sure it’s canned pumpkin pie mix and not just canned pumpkin)
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1 dash cinnamon

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake and double strain into a graham-cracker-rimmed martini glass.
Garnish with a small amount of freshly grated nutmeg.
