「十侍」威士忌全線出產都用上日本很稀有的水楢木桶, mizunara水楢（mizu在日語中是水的意思）, 在日本主要長於北海道.一顆水楢完全長成需要200年或更久. 一個水楢木桶的平均價格為美金6萬。

日本嚴格限製砍伐80年以下樹齡的水梄木, 使得水楢木的供應十分有限. 三得利目前每年也只製作100個水楢桶, 另外因為普遍水楢桶威士忌都獲得過一些獎項以及近年很多愛好及投資者對日本高檔威士忌的追捧, 使得水楢桶威士忌的價格居高不下。

Domaine Jean-Luc Joillot is located in Pommard, in Burgundy. It has a total area of 14 hectares, with a total of 60 small private vineyard plots.
In 1981, the current owner Mr. Jean-Luc Joillot began takeover of the family estate.
In 1983, the estate was rebuilt. After purchasing a vineyard in Pommard Premier cru called "les Petit Epenots", in 1986,
it continued to acquire small parcels of land.

The wines produced by Domaine Jean-Luc Joillot are made by traditional methods.
Although they have modern equipment, the grapes are harvested by hand, traditional open cement tanks,
and wild yeast are added. Fermentation lasts for two weeks.

Chateau Mauvesin Barton 2018 75cl

As difficult as the decade began, it ends gloriously in Bordeaux. The vintages 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019 belong to the really great years,
which is really rare in this accumulation and 2017 wasn't that bad either.

2018 is again a decidedly ripe year with very dark, concentrated and opulent red wines,
comparisons with 2016, 2010 or 2005 are made.
The Mauvesin Barton 2018 consists of 54% Merlot, 39.5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6.5% Cabernet Franc.
There is no Petit Verdot here since this vintage. Due to the more classic cultivation methods,
the wine has "only" 13.5% alcohol, a boon in this alcoholic year.

There is serious depth of fruit in the center palate. Medium to full body, firm tannins and a lovely finish. Shows brightness and minerality.

The name chosen for the new white, G.D., is dedicated to Giacomo Damilano, the company founder, who had already perceived the right vocation and potential of the family vineyards back in the 1920s.

This Chardonnay offers intense perfumes of white peach, citrus fruit, and broom shrub, admirably blended with notes of roasted peanuts and peanut butter. It is soft, cozy, and has an exceptional freshness and salinity, as well as a long finish with slight spice notes.

This elegant Barolo from the Damiano estate comes to life from a pure Nebbiolo grape and a predominantly sandy calcareous soil. It comes from old vines with an age between 30 and 50 years and, after the harvest, in which only the best grapes participate, it ferments at a controlled temperature for about 20 days in steel, while it ages for at least 24 months in wood.

Palate : The bouquet is ample and embracing, with pronounced fruity notes of cherry and plum, plus notes of to***co, licorice and cocoa. On the palate, the wine is harmonious and pleasantly dry with soft tannins. It is broad and full-bodied with a persistent finish.

➡️Chateau Gloria 2018⬅️

Following a rainy winter and spring, the beautiful climatic conditions of summer, and the great alternation of warm days and cool nights in September allowed the fruit to ripen fully.

At Château Gloria, the grape harvest started with the Merlot and ended on October 1st with the Cabernet. The first juices revealed intense colours, very expressive fruit aromas and an exceptional maturity. These wines are balanced, with a beautiful structure.

Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (32%), Cabernet Franc (3%) and Petit Verdot (5%), the Château Gloria 2018 is already revealing signs of being a great Saint-Julien from an exceptional vintage.

The 2018 Gloria is deep garnet-purple colored and gives up expressive notions of warm red and black currants, black cherries and boysenberries with hints of spice cake, cedar chest, pencil lead and menthol.

Full-bodied, rich and sporting a lot of vibrant, juicy fruit in the mouth, it has firm, rounded tannins and a lively backbone lifting the fruit to a good, long finish.
