VON Sour 🍸
40ml VON EST Gingerbread Gin Liqueur
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
30ml Egg White
Garnish: ½ tsp Cardamom Seeds

Method: Dry shake all ingredients 20 seconds. Add ice, shake 15 seconds. Double strain into chilled coupe. Sprinkle with cardamom.
