A very unprofessional, incompetent, unreliable, irresponsible, and dishonest freight forwarding company.

Bruno Milella & C. S.R.L gave assurances from the outset that they could undertake certain fiscal procedures, and then later informed that they lacked the necessary authorisation from the National Tax Authorities to act as a fiscal representative to do so. They also allowed another party to provide instructions/documents for my shipment, and put the wrong exporter to documents.

Bruno Milella & C. S.R.L made a claim on their insurance, but only compensated the amount received, i.e., total amount less €1,000.00 insurance deductible, which they then made a false invoice to charge me for this amount .
