Established in 1930, today Château Musar is run by the third generation of the Hochar family with vineyards at 1000 meters above sea level in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley.
A blend of equal proportions Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Carignan, hand harvested from organic vineyards. Fermented with natural yeasts, given minimal sulphur additions, the wines are aged for 12 months in French oak barrels before blending.
