Raise a glass to International Riesling Day! While Germany is the biggest producer of this wonderful grape, only 1% of New Zealand's wine production is Riesling. So people often ask us if we are crazy bringing NZ Riesling to Germany. Maybe we are, but it would be a shame to miss out on the Rieslings of TWR and Framingham! They have some of the oldest Riesling vines in the country.

We can't wait to pour the wines of Bilancia for the first time at ProWein 2024. 🙂

The boutique winery was founded in 1997 in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand's second-largest wine region, by renowned winemakers and husband and wife team Lorraine Leheny and Warren Gibson. They are busy with harvest, so we are doing our best to present them in the best possible way.

This year, New Zealand's Te Mata Estate winery is celebrating 50 years of continuous ownership as they begin their 132 vintage.
New Zealand oldest operating winery, Te Mata grow, harvest and bottle their wines on the original estate. Congrats! 🥂🥂
