In 1999, Éric Laguerre inherited his family's vineyards and along with his wife Corinne, opted for a return to traditional methods by adopting biodynamic farming and natural winemaking. Situated in the elevated Roussillon region of France, adjacent to the Spanish Mediterranean border, the vineyard's terroir produces wines that are structured yet lively.

Their Eos Blanc wine is a blend of Grenache Blanc and Macabeu, both indigenous grape varieties of the region.
