Crispy and lively, Che Fico Bubbly Bianco has notes of lemon meringue, freshly chopped white peaches and Granny smith apples. The softer bubbles lift the freshness of the wine and gives it a delicate roundness that is dry and will make you want to go back for a second (or third) sip!

Here’s what I was drinking tonight!🥰

2018 MIDDLE JANE RED WINE
Mendocino County, California

Bright purple in color with alluring notes of blueberry, black cherry, and red plum along with violet, spice, and a hint of caramelized sugar for a layered frame with rich-yet-approachable tannins and a vibrant, lingering finish.

Pairs well with a wide variety of foods, especially flavor-packed meat dishes like barbeque pork or leg of lamb.

Alcohol: 14.5%

Residual Sugar: .05 g/L

Layered and bright with lemon curd, underripe peach, wild strawberry and sweet herbs on a light-bodied frame with a clean finish.
