Having friends over this weekend and in need of some drinks inspiration? Try our refreshing Royal Mint mocktail. All you need is 25ml bottlegreen elderflower cordial, 20ml fresh lemon juice and fresh mint and ginger syrup. Add all the ingredients into a glass over ice and top with sparkling water then garnish with fresh ginger sticks, and a handful of fresh mint!
