Runfos So, what is Runfos? Runfos is short for Run For Others and was started in 2011 to make a difference in the community while doing something I loved, running.

With the idea of making my miles count I set a goal and looked to friends, family members, and local businesses for help. As a result Runfos was able to assist a West Michigan family whose grand daughter had a rare kidney cancer with offsetting medical bills raising just north of $3700. We couldn't have asked for a better first year! Taking that momentum forward the Runfos board decided to run for

three local nonprofit organizations: Camp Sunshine, Girls on the Run, and Harbor Humane Society. With a slight change in focus from an individual family to three organizations we hope to extend our impact within the community! In order to be successful though we are going to need your help! How do you Runfos? Running for others is easy! Here are 5 steps to get you started:

Ask your friends and family members to help you raise money for your cause of choice
