Old Rip Van Winkle Bourbon 10 Year

See a rich, copper color. Smell enticingly sweet, spicy, caramel-nut-fudge aromas. Enjoy a fruity, medium-to full-bodied palate with intense dried fruit and toasted nuts notes. Each sip finishes with a very long, bold wave of peppery brown spices, floral honey and charred barrel flavors that balance the weight of the alcohol. It’s a big, bold, aged bourbon that has great balance for its high proof and flavor.

In an effort to try to get these bottles into the hands of you great people, we have initiated this Whiskey Club. As a reward for your local shopping habits, patrons will now have the opportunity to purchase selected bottles from our Whiskey cellar at reasonable prices…. every month!

• Joining the Whiskey Club is free. 1 raffle ticket for signing up and 5 tickets for every $250 spent.

• Tickets accrue and add to each month’s pool until end of year.

• The Winner will be notified via email and will have 5 days to purchase bottle

• Winner must be in-person to purchase your bottle.

• Must be 21+ with Valid ID

• No returns on entry purchases

*Grape Spotlight Syrah*
Some of the most expensive Syrah in the world is from the 345 acre appellation in the Northern Rhône called Hermitage. The best wines are sourced from a hill close to the village of Tain-l’Hermitage and are noted for their floral, black pepper, and smoky aromas of blackberry and grilled meat.
New World vs. Old World Old World Syrahs from Italy and France tend to have more acidity and earthy-herbaceous aromas. New World-styled Syrah wines from Australia, The U.S. and South America usually have more fruit-driven characteristics with lots of spice. Visualize the common taste of Syrah wines depending on from what part of the world they originate.

Grape Spotlight Sangiovese is the most widely planted grape variety in Italy, though given the naming conventions of Italian wines, it's unlikely that you'll find a bottle labeled as such. Rather, you'll have to know beforehand that Sangiovese is the dominant grape variety in Chianti blends and the only one permitted in Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
