It's a delicious way to use up that last bit of your favourite blue, and it pairs perfectly with the bright, citrusy notes of Wither Hills Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

Recipe:
250g fresh NZ cheese (labneh, ricotta, crème fraiche, or cream cheese)
100g NZ blue cheese
A few leaves of flat leaf parsley
2 good pinches of freshly ground black pepper or Aleppo pepper flakes

Method:
Combine fresh cheese and crumbled blue cheese in a bowl.
Spread into a dish, top with parsley, and sprinkle with pepper.
Enjoy with Wither Hills Sauvignon Blanc and your favourite crackers or crudités!
