We always say, "Junmai is Better, Kanzake is Even Better", but Mr. Toda from Suwa Brewery adds "Aged, then even better"!
Ageing in a chiller and ageing at room temperature really does make a difference in the flavour profile of the final product.

🌻A luxurious summer-limited barley shochu!
The robust flavours of barley within the airy, light impression is just irresistible…🤤
A great meal-accompanying shochu that’ll play the perfect supporting role of your meals.
❄️What’s special about this barley shochu is that it has relatively low alcohol content for a shochu which is 19%, so you can just chill it and enjoy it on its own! (If you’re new to shochu, this is a very good one to try for the first time!)
🏞Good water is the key to a good shochu, just like sake. The water used to dilute the shochu is the clean and clear Takeda spring water from Oita Prefecture, which is listed in “Top 100 Spring Water of Japan”.
🧊Of course, on the rocks is a very nice and refreshing option too:)
