ABV: 6%
*Les Ronces is rooted in Southern California charm as is the elusive berry within. The boysenberries impart a reddish-purple hue to the oak-aged ale and their sweet-tart flavor profile complements the sour blonde base in a light jammy, puckering and refreshing fashion.

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐭 (𝐆𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐥-𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐝)
-Wild Ale
ABV: 11.2%
*The result is laden with herbal and floral notes, bright lemon and lime zest, orange blossom honey, vanilla, warm oak and comforting spices.

𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐦 (𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏)
-Wild Ale
ABV: 5.8%
*This beer was brewed using traditional Belgian methods of turbid mashing and spontaneously fermented with the wild winds of Anaheim. After 18-24 months of aging in our oak puncheons, we tasted and hand-selected our favorite barrels, which were then masterfully blended to taste. Funky, complex, tart, and crisp.

𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 (𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎)
-Fruited Sour
ABV: 6.3%
*Ripe with notes of freshly picked fruit, this blended sour ale is easy drinking, crisp, and refreshing.

𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞 (𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗)
-Wild Ale
ABV: 6.3%
*We kept adding fruit to our barrel-aged sour blonde ale until the taste was exactly what we wanted. A lovely shade of reddish purple with juicy flavors of tart blueberries.

*Ultra fans of this type of dark, thick US-inspired beer and pushed by the French geek sphere, we made the first monster 2 years ago now. * A blend of our anniversary Imperial Stout aged in Laird's Apple Brandy, BLis Maple Bourbon, and Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels conditioned on double bananas, double chocolate sandwich cookies, chocolate syrup, and cherries. Tastes a lot like the description! Chocolate covered bananas, sandwich cookie frosting, and boozy ice cream.

*Belgian-style sour ale fermented and aged in oak barrels with peaches, nectarines, and wildflower honey.

This blend is reminiscent of a great mimosa with juicy stone fruit flavors, white wine, orange peel, honey, and a crisp, dry finish.

*Lambic-inspired ale with peaches. Glorious aromas of juicy ripe fruit gets your mouth watering before you take your first sip. Bold acidity and our house funk partner nice with big flavors of fuzzy peach. Sweet and full bodied with a tart finish, leaving you immediately wanting another sip.
