Tasting notes：
Nose: You immediately have a ripe fruit compote, pear, red apples, peaches, some currants, cherries, almond cream, noticeable wood spices, some chocolate that shows its age, overall it seems very smooth and sedate.
Palate: Expressive in the mouth for 43%, red fruits and wood in the foreground, then again ripe apples, delicate wood, some caramel, some chocolate, pear and berries again, the wood is intense and a bit too strong.
Finish: red fruits, the Glenlivet pear remains, with ripe apples and berries, the wood lines the mouth, it becomes a little drier.

Nose: Soft and delicate aromas with acacia honey, white flowers, baked bread and some caramel toffee nuances.
Palate: On the palate it is soft and light with medium body and a highly complex flavour profile. Citrus fruits, mixed peel, toffee, cocao, honey, belgian waffles, engine oil and marshmallow all making an appearance. When reduced with water the aromas are even more delicate but with more fruitiness coming through. The palate is soft and well polished with extra acents of boiled sweets, pear drops, kiwi fruit and melon making an appearance. Smooth, light and soft on the finish
Finish: The full spectrum of flavours lasts well into the finish, slowly fading to expose the clean American oak foundation.

Nose: This enigmatic Highlander gives strong hints of its origin with powerful aromas of floral honey, antique furniture and fruit gums - allsuggestive of a trademark waxiness.
Palate: The palate is wonderfully viscous with the texture inteprating perfectly with notes of warm honey, tarte tatin, almonds and pleasing hintsof beeswax.
Finish: The finish gives a passing note of wood smoke before some spiciness and to***co leaves appear toward the finish.

Nose: Rich, deep. The elegant first nose is more suggestive than assertive, until suddenly peat takes over—it is at once oily, rich, ashy, salty, herbal (seaweed) and iodine. Allowed to breathe, aromas of almond milk and agave add to the milky character.
Palate: Full-bodied and creamy. The exuberant attack is deeply peaty, empyreumatic (hail) and mineral (lava). Flavours of straw and earth highlight its rustic character. Finally, notes of porridge add the finishing touches to the very harmonious picture.
Finish: Long, concentrated. The medicinal start of the finish wavers between peat (dryer), smoke (more intense) and candied citrus fruit. The rich aftertaste offers a delicious courgette flower tempura, artichoke hearts and herbal tea (verbena, sage).

Nose: Added sweetness immediately after pouring. With time in the glass, LagaRauch and sweetness combine better. So take your time and don't judge too quickly.
Palate: Drinking well according to the ABV. Pleasant sherry smoke. Some BBQ, but only a slight note of smoke. Just on the border that it doesn't get watery.

Nose: Full-bodied, concentrated. Superb notes of candied citrus fruits (orange, mandarin), lavender honey and melon are just some of the highlights of the very complex first nose. The floral (violet, lilac) palette of aromas then reveals elegant fragrances of beeswax and pine resin.
Palate: Firm, powerful. The expressive attack is tropical (mango, guava), velvety with delicate chocolate notes (cocoa powder). The rich mid-palate offers delicious quince jelly and flavours of freshly picked raspberry.
Finish: Long, silky. At first, the finish is softly malty, as new flowers (cornflower, carnation) release their subtle and enveloping scents. The generous finish then recreates the rich texture of morning porridge.

Tasting notes：
Nose: Hints of shoe polish and leather alongside cigar boxes, orange peels and chocolate, but also hazelnuts, roasted peanuts and a sliver of fennel. There’s an ensuing sweetness with Demerara sugar, dark honey and crème de cassis. The peat smoke is well-balanced and integrated.
Palate: There’s sweetness, wood smoke, spices and fruits. That’s the gist of it. They arrive all at once, and then slowly develop. Hints of charred oak, a good amount of honey, some chocolate truffles, cracked black peppercorns, a hint of ristretto, dried fruits. Pretty spot on.
Finish: Long. Hints of coffee, charred beef, wood smoke and liquorice.

Tasting notes：
Nose: At the beginning it is a succinct sherry, winey-plumy, with more time in the glass it becomes sweeter, notes of almond biscuits, otherwise a rather boring modern sherry profile with little depth, with more air in the bottle it becomes better with more orange.
Palate: A bit bland, red fruits, slight cellar mustiness/fermented, orange, more air in the bottle takes away the off notes, but it still doesn't become a deep malt.
Finish: In the finish, the orange comes forward a bit, but the fermented cherry notes are still there, minimally tart, slight chocolate note, but a bit boring.

Nose: A nice sweetness, caramel, almonds, woody spice, mealy apple, some citrus, effervescent powder, slightly grassy, slightly mineral.
Palate: Sour, appley, slightly spicy in the mouth, but then comes a nice red baked apple, good wood and spices, citrus notes, the cheeks sizzle, nice and fresh and spicy.

Nose: Immediately such a refined nose. Hints of nail polish, smoked eel and sunflower oil with oily and briny touches. Whiffs of fresh mint, zesty lemons and green olives, but they're followed golden syrup, plaster and papaya.
Palate: Oily mouthfeel with ashy smoke, a nice salinity, medicinal touches and dried seaweed. It's briny, mildly spiced and showcases gentle fruits such as nectarines and lemons. Soft vegetal and grassy notes too.

Tasting notes：
Nose: Typical muddy clay notes, with something creamy / pastry-like, a little pepper and some vague, pulpy sweetness that is hard to pin down. Echoes of fruit without being actually fruity, does that make sense? Polished brassware. Then mineral touches, old wax, hints of proper vanilla and autumn leaves. After a while the sweetness clears up and gives way to papaya and pink grapefruit.
Palate: Wood spice up front, alongside chalky notes and hints of sweet mustard. Then more grapefruit, tart apple and unripe banana mixing with salty notes, nuts and tea. Mineral oils. Hints of herbal bitterness, grape pips, cardamom and perhaps a touch of aspirin.
Finish: Long, rooty and zesty. Quite chiselled, with herbal notes and citrus.

Nose: Delicate, fresh. On the first nose, notes of cut grass, green tea and rice bring to mind a very distinguished sake. Allowed to breathe, mint, lemongrass and jasmine notes fragrance the air. After this, the aroma palette becomes more aniseed and malty.
Palate: Creamy, silky. Revealing flavours of bamboo shoot, cress and rhizome, the attack is deliciously aquatic. The mid-palate is a delicious pretext for tasting courgette flower tempura. Almond milk coats the taste buds.
Finish: Long, serene. The spicy (cardamom, star anise) and herbal (thyme, sage) start of the finish gives its own take on the milky end to the palate, adding pistachio notes. The very well-balanced end of the palate is salty (aster), fresh (chlorophyll) and liquoricey.
