-【新品上架】Domaine de Mutellus Palanges Gevrey-Chambertin 2021

位於布根地Nuits-Saint-Georges嘅Domaine de Mutellus歷經三代傳承，一直以有機葡萄釀造佳釀🍷。其有機葡萄園位處海拔400米高，以泥灰岩為表土，碎石和紅色淤泥為底土。

呢支佳釀曾於法國橡木桶（新桶比例約50%）陳年12個月，散發士多啤梨、黑莓、紫羅蘭和玫瑰嘅優雅香氣🌹，並與甘草、皮革香融合。入口濃郁，結構出色，收結令人回味。

Based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Domaine de Mutellus is run today by the third generation of the family🍷. The grapes are sourced from an organically farmed vineyard at an altitude of 400m, where the soil is marl-based covered with scree and red silt from the plateau.

The wine is aged in French oak (50% new) for 12 months, showing beautifully elegant aromas of strawberry, blackberry, violet and roses🌹, mixed with licorice and a touch of leather. On the palate, it’s rich and well-structured, with a lovely finish.
