This wine is definitely our customers' favourite for the Italian Platinum Box♥️⚪️

It is made with the appassimento method where the grapes are picked early and dried indoor to concentrate the sugars and flavours.

This wine not only has the unique passito aromas of raisins, it also possesses the aromas of spice and vanilla. It is a must-try!

Tezza Amarone della Valpolicella Valpantena 2013 係我哋意大利白金禮盒最受歡迎嘅一支紅酒。佢用咗一種稱為appasimento嘅釀酒方法，喺提子完全成熟之前就會開始收割並風乾，濃縮提子入邊嘅糖分同味道，令到做出嚟嘅酒帶有獨特嘅香氣，例如提子乾。除此之外，依支紅酒亦都帶有車厘子、草藥同埋雲呢拿嘅味道，令人一試難忘！

The uniqueness of our Italian wines! 🇮🇹

Today, we will talk about a special grape from Italy which is used to make one of the most unique styles of Italian wines.

Corvina is considered to be an ancient native variety in Northern Italy. Its thin skin makes it suitable for drying before fermentation. It has aromas of sour cherry, violet, aromatic herbs and bitter almond.

This grape is used in one of the wines from our Platinum Italy box for the famous style of Amarone della Valpolicella!

This 'Rully Premier Cru Marissou Blanc' is a true gem. The scallop on the label represents the terroir's high mineral influence. Malolactic fermentation smoothens the acidities, oak gives notes of vanilla, all in perfect balance with the citrus, pear and peach aroma's.

This Meursault-Blagny Premier Cru 'La Genelotte- Monopole' is White Burgundy at it's very best. The chalk and marl rich terroir gives gorgeous minerality and acidity to the wine.
