Winemakers Carolina Alvarado and Arturo Herrera have long been devoted to living wines and producing them sustainably. No electricity is used in their production — everything is done by hand with great care to respect the terroir and pre-industrial fermentation practices of the region of Marga Marga, Chile.🇨🇱
The Blanco Cooperado comes from 30-year Chardonnay vines, which are hand harvested and foot-stomped. The wine ferments for 12-15 months in cement vats before bottling. The nose is opulent with aromatic spices. The palate is full bodied (15%!) with refined texture, a touch of tropical fruit, and saline minerality. This is a Chardonnay to challenge your perceptions and expand your palate! $39.99 + tax
Rojo Loco is a party of a blend featuring País, Pink Moscatel, Cristal, Cuyana, and San Francisco. Everything co-ferments in a unique method developed by the winemakers in which tanned cow-hide is introduced to the must. Tip-toeing into deep rosé territory, this white/red/pink-skin blend has a floral and subtly smokey nose, with bright, punchy acid and fruit on the palate. So delicious, this is definitely the wine we’re bringing to impress at our next get-together! $51.99 + tax
