Try the nostalgic Tom Collins!​

What you'll need:​
🍋 60mL Gin​
🍋 20mL Lemon juice​
🍋 60mL Soda water​
🍋 15mL Simple syrup​

Put it all together:​
STEP 1​
Grab your gin, lemon juice, and syrup and shake it all together in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Your choice of gin is flexible – the classic calls for a 'dry' style, but a citrus flavoured or even a sloe gin could work! Adjust the amount of simple syrup to balance the gin.​

STEP 2​
Strain into a glass, preferably a high ball, with ice. Then top it off with soda water.​

STEP 3​
The garnish is what makes the signature Tom Collins. Add a maraschino cherry for the full effect! We also like add a lemon wheel.

Looking for something new to make while you are at home?? Why not try your hand at some classic cocktails? What cocktail could be a better winter warmer than a classic Jameson Hot Toddy! So simple, you just need some Jamseson (or honestly any decent whiskey) and some simple kitchen staples.

120mls of hot water
45mls of Jameson
1 Tea Spoon of Honey
15ml of fresh Lemon Juice.

- Add everting except the water to a mug
- Slowly pour in the water and stir
- Garnish with lemon
- For extra punch add some cinnamon, nutmeg or star anise.

And enjoy !!

There are Hazy Beers everywhere at the moment, some good some bad ...... but is bang on the money with this one. Loaded with juicy hops, dripping with notes of Mango and Orange. Perfectly balanced subtle bitterness at the end, just enough to remind you you are drinking beer. To many of these hazies are lacking bitterness and really taste like fruit juice. This beer follows on the heels of Holgates DDH Pale, that Was also though was a great beer. They are great value for money as well.Looking like a good year for Holgate.

We love Tim Smiths wines, if anyone is making better wine in the Barossa for such great value I don’t know who it is, and any wine with this much old vine Mataro is fine by me. Very Rhone is style, lighter and more aromatic than most in the Barossa, great savoury notes and balanced fruit sweetness. Drinking great now but will mature well in the cellar

I love this wine! Farr Rising Saignée Rose, is hands down the best and most interesting Rosé around. Bled off the Farr Rising Pinot Noir, then barrel ferment and maturation. Bone dry but with varietal sweetness, vibrant flavours, rich earthiness and structure. Is it a robust Rosé? Or a super light Pinot? I don’t know, but I could drink rivers of this stuff.
