Hello friends
Like all good things, this has too come to and end. The Cure Tonics will be closing shop for the time being.
It has been a great 2 years that we will never forget. With the ups and downs of a lockdown and the slow comeback of the ‘normal’, our lives will never be the same.
We greatly appreciate all of the support we received from our beloved followers and hope to see you all again very soon!

Tasty drink by to finish the weekend! : Inspired by the lonely lil grapefruit in the fruit bowl...

WASTE NOT WANT NOT
🌟30ml Gin (we used our Artisan gin (Gin Kit) kindly gifted by the )
🌟25ml Pampelle Ruby Red grapefruit liqueur
🌟Juice of half a grapefruit
🌟10ml sugar syrup (we used Aussie Bush Tonic Syrup kindly gifted by )
🌟Few drops of Mister Bitters grapefruit bitters
🌟Ice

Shake all ingredients in a shaker, strain into a sugar rimmed glass and finish it off with a grapefruit rose garnish. Yassssss... you've got your Sunday sesh stunner under way!
Loving the bitter-sweet balance of this one! It would be equally delicious as a long drink topped with soda 🌟🍸💕

Thanks for the review 🥂 Repost: AMAZ-GIN! 🥃🍸 I've already been experimenting with some G+T combos for my weekend Spring spritzes on the back lawn (Yes, that's about as exciting as it gets round here!) I really like the combination of with . Using Gin inspired tonics is new for me. The Cure Tonics are new small batch Aussie artisan soda syrups. They have some awesome flavoured tonics like 'Aussie Bush', 'Mediterranean' and 'Old Fashioned'. Great with spirits or for mocktails too. Works well with a soda stream. Amongst my many gins, Dry Gin has been an exciting 2020 discovery for me. The juniper driven botanicals are so on point - it must have something to do with the Byron Bay air!

REPOST:
On tonight's menu... Road testing Mediterranean tonic syrup. Simply add soda water, gin and garnish!

With lovely herbaceous notes (we tasted hints of rosemary/lemon thyme), it was beautifully rounded out with orange/ lemon/ grapefruit and a touch of sweet by the sugar cane. (They have also included a handful of botanicals and the all important cinchona bark for bitterness.)

We paired it with the citrus/savoury goodness of Aromatic gin and finished it off with some Meyer lemon wheels and some lemon blossom/leaves.

Super delicious! Big tick from us!

The Cure Tonics line was created during the Covid quarantine, when most of the hospitality staff in Sydney and the rest of the world were laid off or stood down.
They've created a line of syrups made with highest quality local and imported ingredients that lets you mix the ultimate tonic water in your own home.
