Aromatic Ginger Higball
method: shake and strain
glassware: highball
ingredients
30ml Aromatic Gin
15ml Sofi Aperitivo or Aperol
2 slices of ginger (about the size of a 20 cent coin)
Cracked black pepper
15ml Simple syrup
15ml Lemon juice
Soda water
Method
1) Add 2 ginger nubs and simple syrup to your cocktail shaker and muddle.
2) Add gin, aperitivo and lemon into your cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake for 20 seconds
3) Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice
4) Top with soda water and garnish with 2 ginger slices and more black pepper
Down the hatch!

30ml Mediterranean Gin
30ml Cucumber juice
15ml Coconut Gin Liqueur
15ml Lemon juice
10ml Simple syrup
10ml Green Chartreuse
Cucumber slice
Method
1) Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
2) Strain into your glass.
3) Garnish with a cucumber slice
Slurp it up.

60ml High quality pineapple juice
60ml Coconut water
10ml Simple syrup
10ml Lime juice
10ml Coconut cream
Garnish – a lovely pineapple wedge and some mint but there’s nothing wrong with a paper umbrella!

Add everything to your shaker, fill it with ice, and shake for 15 seconds
Fill your glass with ice and strain mixture
Garnish and enjoy!

Fresh is always best when using fruit juice. Don’t panic if you don’t have pineapples and a juicer instead use a quality store juice.
