You spoke, and we listened! In recent months we’ve been asked to increase our Tequila range and we’ve done just that. We’ve added a number of Tequilas to our shelves recently, and we think we’ve put together a pretty great selection.

Tequila is a pretty fascinating beverage. It can only be produced in a small number of municipalities, and is widely recognised as a protected product of origin.

The blue agave plant from which Tequila is made can express itself in varied ways according to the area it is grown in. Flavours can range from sweet and aromatic to savoury and herbal. With some Tequilas being aged in oak barrels, and others skipping this process; there is a wide range of Tequila styles and flavour profiles to explore!

We’re pretty excited about this arrival! The much sought after Contrada series from cult producer Arianna Occhipinti are here.

One of Sicily’s most exciting producers, whether it’s complex whites, light and juicy reds, or beautifully structured Nero D’avola - there’s something for everyone in this lineup.

New arrivals from one of Volnay’s super stars, Domaine Bernard & Thierry Glantenay. With such low yields through Burgundy in 2021, it’s no surprise these wines are in short supply and our allocation is just a couple bottles of each so get in quick!

Have you tasted Pelaverga? Pelaverga is one of Piemonte’s less known and less planted varieties, producing light, fragrant and juicy reds as well as light-hearted fruity sparkling wines.

These wines can be difficult to dig up here in Australia, and our allocations certainly don’t stick around on the shelves for long. Right now, for the first time ever we have THREE different producers on the shelves at the same time.

We’ve just taken in our allocation of 2021 Yarra Yering wines, and they’re now ready and raring to be taken to their new forever homes!

Hailing from one of the Yarra Valley’s oldest vineyards, and crafted under the watchful eye of Winemaker of the Year recipient Sarah Crowe, these wines serve as incredible examples of the Yarra at its best.

We have a great range available now, including the 2021 Dry Red No.1 which received a perfect 100 points from Tyson Stelzer.

Our allocation of 2021 Bachelet Monnot has arrived! Whilst it’s getting harder and harder to use the term “good value” and Burgundy in the same sentence - this producer is one of our favourite exceptions!

Crisp, clean and flavourful Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from one of Burgundy’s best kept secrets, for very reasonable prices… it’s small wonder these wines walk out the door!
