Brewed with luscious Phantasm Powder and Nelson Sauvin Hops. Then they made it extra nectarous with a double dry hopping of more Nelson.

✖️ All Seeing - 7% ABV
Started by fermenting a tangy, mixed culture base in their Missouri oak foeder. Then they conditioned the brew on hand picked Alaskan blueberries and bottle conditioned the brew for natural carbonation.

✖️ The Cabin - 4% ABV
Fermented with Omega Yeasts Thiol boosting Cosmic Punch yeast. DDH with Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Motueka. Contains Lactose.

✖️ Nelson Sun Club - 6.5% ABV
West Coast IPA with 100% Nelson Saugvin hops and layered with Nelson Cryo, Nelson Hop Kief and three different lots of Nelson T90 across multiple stages. Gooseberry, riverstone and passionfruit are laid bare alongside a liberating display of lemongrass, spicy diesel and mango leather.

They conditioned a blend of stouts in bourbon barrels for 18 months, followed by a week of conditioning on pandan leaves, toasted coconut and house roasted pistachios.

They teamed up with for another collab, this one a thick rich pastry stout conditioned upon chocolate hazelnut mousse with cream cheese icing.
