🍶🫗Siete Leguas “Siete Décadas” Blanco, a special edition to celebrate the brand’s 70th anniversary. Made with wild “criollo” agave that was 7.5 to 10 years old and super sweet. 100% tahona crushed, and made entirely in their original distillery. Natural fermentation with wild yeast in open air vats. Distilled in copper pots and bottled and 42% abv. The result? Amazing.

♥️🪴🌱🪷Celebrated as the world’s best liqueur, Amaro Montenegro is Italy’s most iconic amaro. More than 130 years in the making, Amaro Montenegro’s time-honored recipe features the essence of more than 40 botanicals from around the world.

📝 Tasting notes : The aroma has bright citrus notes with underlying spices of cinnamon and cardamom which is very inviting. The palate is medium rich and medium sweet. There's a slight floral backnote to the spirit. The bitter intensity is on the low side making this an exceedingly approachable amaro to start with. But there's a complexity to the spirit as well making it a dynamic modifier for cocktails as well.
