They say psychedelics are not addictive well our psychedelic episodes seem to be because we’re going back to back this week. Our buddies from are getting ready for the Telluride mushroom festival that has been going on since 1981. Seminars guided foraging and a plethora of other activities all set to the beautiful backdrop of Telluride PooGodco.com will be one of the sponsors of this amazing event and give us an idea of what they got planned. Also dropping in will be Travis Tyler Fluck updating us on the psychedelic initiative and how that has turned from a choice between 2 initiatives to now having to get people to see through the smoke and mirrors and vote no on 58. Also dropping in the studio the man himself will be coming through to tell us what he has planned when he gets back to DC after over 10 years here in the trenches of Colorado I can’t imagine he will stay outta the industry for long.
So get those shrooms capped , tea brewed joints rolled and your Carta V2 charged so you can join

The bill has been introduced five times in the last eight years. Nearly 60% of Wisconsinites support it. But in spite of state Sen. Melissa Agard's persistence, all signs point to another year of Wisconsin as an "island of prohibition"

I am an avid h**p supporter. There are 25,000 products that use h**p such as plastics, paper, pillows, and more. My go-to products are h**p seed, powder, oil, and clothing.

I encourage you to try out a h**p product the next time you see one at your local grocery store.

Ma*****na Monday:

Budgets are moral documents that should represent the priorities of all Wisconsinites.

Tomorrow, the Wisconsin State Assembly will be voting on the Republican-approved Joint Finance Committee’s 2019-2020 state budget proposal. This budget plan does not resemble the will of the people. Perhaps most egregious, the Republican’s plan fails to take any steps towards the legalization of cannabis. This irrational decision by Wisconsin Republicans does nothing but disregard the will of Wisconsin voters and restrict crucial economic growth and medical relief for the people of our state.

Wisconsinites have proved time and time again that we are ready for the legalization of cannabis. It is blatantly obvious that the most dangerous thing about cannabis is that it is illegal. Yet Republican lawmakers have squandered every opportunity to pass this crucial legislation. If this budget were to be truly representative of our state’s wants and needs, Republicans would not have maniacally omitted cannabis from the state budget.

As we vote tomorrow on the GOP budget, I urge you all to contact my Republican colleagues and show them that we will not stand for a budget that purposefully disregards the will of the people. Wisconsinites must raise their voices and show that Republican policies are outdated and self-interested. Approving a budget that does not even mention cannabis reform is morally and fiscally irresponsible.

I was happy to speak at a press conference today on Governor Tony Evers' Medical Ma*****na Proposal. I have been working to legalize ma*****na for medical use since 2009, and in that time I have heard heartbreaking stories from people across the state who are using ma*****na to alleviate serious medical conditions. This proposal will help individuals seeking to alleviate chronic pain in a safe and legal way, and I applaud Governor Evers for listening to the people of Wisconsin.

Glad to see the racial disparities acknowledged. Thank you Governor Evers.

Tammy Joy Wood’s testimony at the extraordinary session 12/3/18
Click on the picture to watch the video.
They cut her mic, here’s the transcript...

I extend you no gratitude for hearing my testimony, I offer no thanks for this body’s consideration of my words. Today's business before the Joint Finance Committee is nothing less than a show of utter disdain for the citizens of Wisconsin. The mere fact I need to be here today is proof there is no respect for the people of this state and nothing to be thankful for.

This is one more mockery in a litany of insults and contempt held by the majority minority of the Wisconsin state government.

It is transparent how little you think of us.

As Representative Vos so arrogantly tweeted, he believes Wisconsinites, (and I’m quoting)
“literally know nothing about the constitution.”
He’s not entirely wrong.
Obviously, we can include Mr. Vos, and his colleagues who are assisting him blatantly subvert the will of voters, among those who seem to be unfamiliar with the constitution of the United States of America.

However, to the fortune of our state, there are actually quite a few of our citizens who are well versed in the constitution. There are a great number of Wisconsinites gathered here today to defend our constitution. And there are even more of us throughout the state talking to our neighbors about the constitution and the egregious abuses it is suffering.
Representative Vos will be dismayed to learn that condescending pie chart he tweeted is already out of date, and the slice of citizens unaware is shrinking as I speak.
We know.
We know that you are standing in the chambers of our government and mocking the good people of Wisconsin. We know that you are fleecing our treasure and pillaging our resources. We know that you’re stuffing your pockets and paying off your donors with our tax dollars.
We are well aware of the lengths you’ll take to trample and stomp our constitution.

Since Representative Vos is so very fond of pie charts, in my written testimony, I’ve included one that represents the nearly quarter million votes being unconstitutionally denied. I have included graphs that depict the GOP’s resounding loss at the ballot box. I have submitted strident evidence that this body as it stands, does not have the consent of the governed.

Perhaps it would behoove you to take a beat, remove the constitution from the bottom of your shoe, and dust off the part about governments deriving their powers from the consent of the governed.

It is abundantly clear what is happening here is not the will of the good citizens of this state.

We do not consent to you kneecapping our Governor before he even takes office. We do not consent to you leashing the Attorney General preventing him from protecting the citizens of this state. We do not consent to you stacking our courts. We do not consent to you rigging our elections. We do not consent to you restricting our vote. We do not consent you silencing our voice.
We do not consent to being divided and we sure as hell do not consent to being conquered.

We the people will no longer tolerate your destruction, abuses, and usurpations. We the people wholly and unconditionally reject your despotism. We the people will accept nothing less than our inalienable rights.
We the people are organized. And We the people are united.

Art Shrader, Candidate 50th Assembly District

Thank you for the tremendous support and encouragement during our campaign to return the 50th Assembly District to the people. I witnessed a passion and conviction on a scale that is beyond description, the reward sought only being to be of service to our community, State and Nation. To each of you, know that you are patriots of the highest order.

We did not lose this election as much as it was bought and paid for with dark money in a state plagued by the curse of gerrymandering. Thomas Jefferson once said “eternal vigilance is the price we pay for liberty”. We must continue our vigilance in the months and years to come if we are to continue to rebuild a progressive Wisconsin dedicated to the higher ideals that we hold dear.

I strongly encourage each of you to stay involved, celebrate our victories, learn from our defeats and grow strong to fight another day.

My very best regards,

Art Shrader
