Our newest store pick single barrel has arrived, James E. Pepper at 107.6 proof. But wait, this is our first BOURBON barrel, not rye, and we are the only store in the East Tennessee region to score a barrel of their bourbon. We’re proud of our Pepper here at Pop’s, cheers!

It took us five different tries before we came up with our preferred blend. We went with a stave profile of 21340. What a great exercise in blending!
