Woke up to my beautiful 11 year old fur baby girl giving me Happy Mother’s Day kisses it was so sweet and made me reflect on Mother’s Day 2017 to having a radical hysterectomy for my cervical cancer boy I’m so thankful I got to sleep in this year and fortunate to be here another beautiful year but mostly I’m so thankful for my family I love y’all to the moon and back 🌙🌑🌘🌗🌖🌕🌒🌓🌔🌜🌛🌝🌚🌙💫 ❤️

I really hate waiting on medical stuff especially when there’s surgery involved so now more than ever two things are very important my Buddist practice Nam Myoho Renge Kyo and my Beachbody coaching so important right now

This is how I have been able to make my own cancer medication. Today I found out at my bone scan that I have at least lost a 1/2 inch since treatment 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷‍♀️😯 💪

Well I’m so pleased to say I have really watched my food and it’s paying off I haven’t been able to get my workouts in because I have been so sick again you would think being a little over a year out from treatment I wouldn’t be still so sick..... but it’s ok I have gotten some workouts in but it keeping nutrition on point I’m definitely going to be ready for the wedding in February!!!!

So this happened today........ chest and tris may not mean much to some of you but I have not picked up weights in a really long time I quit working out early 2016 because my menopause was out of control then I fell down the stairs in October and tore my rotator cuff and ended up with a frozen shoulder tons of hours of physical therapy then the whole 2017 cervical cancer..... surgery chemotherapy, radiation treatment and a second surgery to repair my torn cuff to a infection on my cuff months of bed rest and tons of fatigue I am not going to lie this completely kicked my ass today and I’m already about to go to bed but that’s ok I am here happy and tired but I will be back tomorrow to do it all over again I am ready to have my old self back...... I have missed my endorphins my clean eating my weights but mostly my challenge groups I am ready to take my health and fitness back who wants to join me???? It will totally be worth it.
