Four Roses has a variety of recipes and this one is OESQ which has a mash bill of 75% corn, 20% rye and 5% barely with the yeast strain Q giving it floral essence.

Our newest store pick has just arrived and it's Angels Envy Private Selection Single Barrel. Angels Envy bourbon is aged in new charred oak barrels for 6 years and then is finished in ruby port wine casks between 3 to 6 months. The finishing process gives the bourbon a nice smoothness, sweetness and balance. The proof on these comes in at 110 proof which is a little higher than the regular Angels Envy that is 86.6 proof.
