PUMPKIN SPICE MUDSLIDE

Pour the vodka, Kahlua, Baileys, and pumpkin spice creamer (1 ounce of each) into a shaker bottle with ice.

Shake well until ingredients are well combined.

Strain into a glass.

Garnish with chocolate shavings and enjoy!

1/2 cup Blue Chair Bay White Rum⁠
1 cup pineapple juice⁠
1/2 cup blue curaçao⁠
1/2 cup cream of coconut⁠
8 cups ice⁠
light corn syrup or honey, for rimming⁠
flaked coconut, for rimming⁠
⁠
Dip glass into corn syrup and then into coconut flakes. In a blender, blend ice, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, Blue Chair Bay White Rum, and cream of coconut until desired consistency is reached. Pour into glasses and serve.

1 oz. Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum⁠
1 oz. pineapple juice⁠

Are you ready for the Carolina/Clemson game? Well here is the perfect shot for all that tailgating fun!

Crown Royal Peach Jello Shots

Ingredients:

- 1 Box of Peach Jello (3 oz)
- 1 Cup of Water
- 1 Cup of Crown Royal Peach Whisky
- Mini Condiment Cups (2 oz condiment cups)
- Gummy Peach Rings

Directions:

- Boil 1 cup of water.

- Pour in a 3 ounce box of peach jello.

- Whisk jello and water together until all the powder is dissolved.

- Add 1 cup of Crown Royal Peach Whisky and mix well.

- Arrange your jello shot cups in a small pan and pour the mixture into each cup.

- Place the pan in the fridge and let the jello shots chill for about 2 hours until they are set.

- Add peach rings for garnish.

CAROLINA CREME HOT CHOCOLATE

8 oz hot chocolate

1.5 oz Six & Twenty Carolina Cream

Whipped topping (for garnish)

Marshmallows (optional)

Fresh Cinnamon (Approximately 1/8 oz, finely grated)

Directions:

Pour hot chocolate & Carolina Cream into heat-safe cup. Add approximately 1/8 tsp of fresh cinnamon. Add marshmallows and whipped topping. Finish with a touch of grated cinnamon or cinnamon stick.

My, My, My Key Lime Pie (shot!) 😉⁠

💚 Key Lime Pie Shot 💚⁠

Jell-O:⁠
1 cup Blue Chair Bay Vanilla Rum⁠
1/2 cup Blue Chair Bay Key Lime Rum Cream⁠
1 small lime Jell-O box⁠
1/2 cup milk⁠
⁠
Crust:⁠
2/3 cup crushed graham crackers⁠
2 tbsp melted butter⁠
2 tbsp sugar⁠
⁠
Preheat your oven to 325°. Take your graham crackers and blend them in the food processor until they are fine crumbs. Mix sugar into crumbs and then pour your melted butter in slowly while stirring. Lightly coat the mini cheesecake pan with cooking spray. Spoon your mixture evenly into each compartment. Use a spoon to press the crumbs down into the pan. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven. Then let them completely cool.⁠

Heat rum in a small pan over medium heat. Once the liquid starts to simmer, slowly whisk in your Jell-O. Once all the Jell-O has dissolved, remove the pot from the heat and pour in the milk and rum cream. Pour jello into cooled graham cracker crusts. Quickly place in the refrigerator and let sit for 2 hours until set.

How about a Double Chocolate S’mores Martini!
I haven’t had this one but it sure looks good. Wonder how it would taste warm on a cold, wet day like today?

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. (1/4 cup) chocolate milk
1 oz. Vanilla flavored vodka
1 oz. creme de cocoa
1 oz. creme liqueur (like Baileys or Rum Chata)

For garnishes:
toasted marshmallows
graham cracker crumbs (about 1/3 c. for 4 cocktail glasses)
chocolate syrup

Do you love peppermint bark? If so, you will LOVE the Peppermint Bark Martini ! Mix Rum Chata, Peppermint Schnapps, Crème de Cacao, and half and half. Pour into glass rimmed with crushed peppermint candy and white chocolate. Yum!
