This sounds like a delicious way to sip the Catoctin Creek Hot Honey Rye!

Hot Honey Rye Toddy
1 oz lemon juice (fresh!)
½ - 1 oz honey
1 - 2 oz hot boiling water
2 oz Hot Honey Rye

Combine first three ingredients in a coffee mug or teacup. Once well combined and honey is dissolved, add the Hot Honey Rye. Garnish with a dash of nutmeg.

Rising Sun
An internationally-inspired classic cocktail whose origins are as timeless and spirited as CÎROC VS.

Ingredients
1.5 oz CÎROC VS French Brandy
0.5 oz almond syrup
2 dashes of bitters

Method
Add 1.5 oz CÎROC VS French Brandy, 0.5 oz almond syrup, & 2 dashes of bitters to mixing glass.
Add ice and stir for around 20 seconds.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lemon twist.
