This summer we have been partnering with Desert Stream Farm in Gardnerville, NV to bring in some top-notch organic produce into the store. Currently in stock:

** Spring Mix + Arugula **

**Three types of AMAZING micro greens- radish, sunflower, and spicy mustard**

**Shish*to Peppers by the pint (our favorite!) plus Anaheim, Green Bell, and Hungarian Wax Peppers**

Happy Holidays! We now have Woollystar tickets for sale in the store (last minute gift idea!) and plus many other locally made gifts for you and yours.

We're excited to share that one of our most beloved items is back - Perenn baked goods! We have bake-at-home frozen cookie dough, croissants (chocolate, prosciutto and gruyere, plain), and cinnamon rolls.

Also we're currently carrying cookies and chocolate bouchons (aka brownies), as well as granola and "mountain" muesli. Come on down and get em!

Halloween in Markleeville is simply magical! It was a highlight of the year to see all the little ones dressed up in town

In a few weeks it will be the 1 year anniversary of our new ownership of the Markleeville General Store! Join us to celebrate Saturday November 18th from 2-6 pm

It has been a wonderful year. We have been honored to get to carry on the tradition of the store, and so appreciative of all of the support our community has given us.

To celebrate the year as new owners, we will be having some live music, free hors d'oeuvres, plus we will be presenting the renovated gifts room just in time for holiday shopping!
