When PitStop founder, Eddie Jawad started in this business, he set out to start a chain of stores that offered more than just your run of the mill gas stations. He brought a new and higher level of customer service to the game. Its no wonder that the PitStop has grown to service the entirety of Macomb County. Growing up in Lebanon was not easy if you were a low income family. Eddie started working

at the young age of just 6 years old. It was then that Eddie started to learn the value of hard work. When he came to America he brought with him not only his hard working ethics, but a new innovative frame of mind, focused on his customers. He set out to turn a regular gas station into a one stop shop to “fill up on your favorites fast” and that’s what he did. Eddie prides himself on making his stores clean, safe, convenient and innovative. Its no wonder that he was the first to open a Mobil “On The Run” featuring more groceries and a quicker checkout due to new cash registers. He was also the first to combine fast food and gas by opening the nations very first Mobil/McDonalds which is still flourishing at 696 & Gratiot. He has a USPS center, 2 Speed Zone (full service oil change shop), 3 car washes and with 9 locations spanning the entirety of Macomb county, we are sure you will find all you need at PitStop.
