1oz New Amsterdam Raspberry Vodka
1oz Raspberry Tea
½ oz Cointreau
¾ oz Raspberry Puree
¾ oz Lemon Juice
4 dashes of Orange Bitters
Finished off with La Marca Prosecco

Fill a cocktail shaker with all ingredients but La Marca. Top with Ice and shake well until thoroughly chilled and mixed. Strain into a Mason Jar and top with La Marca Prosecco

Top with sparkling water and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Instructions:
Mix together the lemonade with blue curacao liqueur. Fill 2 tall glasses with ice and divide the blue lemonade mixture at the bottom of each glass. Gently pour wine and sparkling water into each glass to give the drink a layered effect.
