WELL MY PEEPS……I had a major scare this past week!!!!! I am still reeling from it….. didn’t think I was gonna make it 🥺 last Sunday early Sunday my niece Megan GOD BLESS HER called me and with good timing…… I hadn’t been feeling all to well that Friday or Saturday really but I just brushed it off as STRESS!!! When Meg called me I wasn’t feeling good at all and I asked her to please come take me to the ER!!!! That would be the start of a very bad very scary next 4 days!!! I remember Megan getting me to the hospital but I vaguely remember my time in the ER!!! I was like in some kind of a dream or kinda like a fog!!! You see my sugar was over 1000 told to my family as I lay there hearing them talk but I didn’t want to engage with the conversation because I couldn’t!!!!! I don’t remember leaving the ER and being transferred to my room or like anything until Tuesday like lunch time!!! I had already been put through a barrage of test while I don’t remember only to endure a lot more test I wish I was not awake for!!!!! First thing I remember is a head CT then a cat scan and a MRI of my stomach and my head/brain and several X-rays of my chest a COVID swap and a lumbar puncture where they took 4 vials of spinal fluid from my spinal cavity for testing!!! Now I was still feeling like straight s**t and really confused and scared!!!! I really at this point still didn’t know the extent of trouble I had been in!!! By the grace of God I am still here to tell you that you don’t realize just how quick things can change!!!!!
