Delirium Noel by Huyghe Brewery!

“Once banned in the US because the provocative title of this line of ales was thought to encourage overindulgence (the pink elephant logo on the label probably did very little to curb the argument), Delirium Noel from the Huyghe Brewery is a seasonal Belgian Strong Ale that pours dark red with a foamy beige head.

Top fermented and bottle conditioned, the brew boasts potent aromas of dark fruit, apricot, caramel malt, sweet cherry, cinnamon and clove with notes of vanilla, apple, banana and yeast.

Taste is similar to aroma and also includes toffee, plum, and red wine with notes of pepper and bitter hops.

The mouthfeel is medium bodied and creamy smooth thanks to generous and lively carbonation; the 10.0% ABV is well hidden, and the finish is lingering, spicy, and dry.”

St.Bernardus Christmas Ale is an, “intensely dark beer with a full, yet slightly fruity flavor, overflowing with the tastes of winter and zesty seasonal aromas. Aniseed notes are complemented by hints of creamy caramel and fire-roasted chestnuts. The zestiness shows no signs of abating, pushing through to a magnificent finish of dried fruits and chocolate.”

Three new stouts from Boulevard, Collective Arts, and Founders🍺🍺🍺

Rested Reserve by Boulevard is a 12% ABV double barrel-aged wheated imperial stout. “Employing an impressive malt bill with an abundance of malted and unmalted wheat for a smooth full-bodied sweet wheat flavor resting on mellow bourbon barrels. Finishing on 12-year rye whiskey barrels adds a balancing complexity and a touch of spice.”

Origin of Darkness 2023 by Collective Arts is an 11.9% ABV pastry stout. “We included an irresistible flavor combination of rich maple syrup and nutty pistachios and topped it off with the creamy sweetness of both vanilla and lactose.”

Stay in Stout by Founders is a 10.6% ABV imperial stout, “with chocolate, hazelnut flavored coffee, & fudge flavored coffee aged in bourbon barrels.”

Permanent Funeral is a collaboration with the band Pig Destroyer. This bright, aromatic and unrelenting Imperial IPA features tons of hops and hop extracts for power and drinkability.

Bingo Old Map :

“Old Maps is inspired by the northern Adriatic coast (and maybe a wrong turn over there using some old maps!). This dry-hopped pilsner is brewed with heirloom Italian barley from the Adriatic coast & choice Slovenian hops. Spicy and Noble-like with a touch of honey and flowers that navigates the old and the new. Probably best to keep your GPS on.”

Affogato (collab with Honesta Coffee) :

“Coffee and ice cream are quite possibly one of the best pairings to ever exist, and we wanted to create this beer inspired by that combination. For this project, we tapped Honesta Coffee – a woman-owned Brazilian Coffee Roaster to supply world-class coffee beans for the recipe.”

German Chocolate Cake (collab with Taza Chocolate) :

“Of course we have a small obsession with German traditions, but fun fact, German Chocolate cake is actually an American creation. It’s still incredibly tasty so we teamed up with Taza Chocolate to create this beer inspired by the delicious dessert.”

Peanut Butter Pie (collab with Teddie Natural Peanut Butter) :

“To indulge our sweet tooth, for this one we took inspiration from our friends at Teddie Natural Peanut Butter. We spun their delicious peanut butter with chocolate and graham aromas to create this peanut butter pie variant.”

-Keagan is a 5% ABV lager in collaboration with “friends from Center for Great Apes on their 30th Anniversary.” 🦧

-Cali’ Bear Trip is an 8.5% ABV IPA in collaboration with Goal Brewing. “Hopped with Citra and Nectaron.” 🐻

-One Fish, Two Fish, Redfish, Redfish! is an 8.5% ABV IPA in collaboration with Ology Brewing. “DDH with Azacca and Mandarina Bavaria.” 🐟

We’ve got two new IPA’s from Drowned Lands🍻

-Silent Stars is “brewed with pilsner malt, malted spelt, raw wheat, and oats, hopped in the whirlpool and DH exclusively with Citra. We’re tasting orange zest, drippy summer peach, juicy melon, and a handful of orange and pink starbursts.”

-White Terra is a DIPA “brewed with a blend of extra light Pilsner malt, low-color Maris otter, malted oats, and a healthy percentage of flaked white wheat. Hopped in the kettle with Citra and Nectaron--a brand new highly coveted hop from New Zealand--then dry hopped with more Nectaron and a wonderful crop of one of our favorite hops, Nelson Sauvignon. We left the malt bill on this one purposefully light to let the hops shine, and shine they do. The beer is lush and creamy, rife with delicate juicy expression. We're tasting fresh squeezed orangeade, lemon-pineapple sorbet, ripe pear, white peach, and gooseberries plucked right from the stem."
