Meet Last Dance. A food-friendly, semi-sparkling red wine from expert winemaker Samantha Sheehan, and the second small-batch release from Mouthy, a collaborative wine project.

The best Lambruscos are on the drier side, complex, and make for great food pairings— and that’s exactly what we set out to make.

Syrah grapes sourced from Lodi, California were vinified like a still wine, with the tank sealed in the last bit of fermentation (ie the “Last Dance”) to trap remaining CO2 and produce a gently sparkling red. https://bit.ly/3HvkATi
