Rum lovers need to try this! The Beenleigh distillery was founded in 1884, located in Queensland, it is the oldest active rum distillery in Australia, situated in an area known for its sugarcane plantations!

This 2013 vintage was aged for 10 years in ex-bourbon cask in the tropics of the Beenleigh warehouse and bottled at a high strength of 59%

STORY TIME!

The Merlet Cognac XO isn’t just like any other regular cognacs. rich history in cognac making is passed down through five generations and this family-owned brand has been producing wine since the 18th century only to begin with their first still in 1850 at Saint Sauvant of Saintonge to distill their own harvests. The’ve even gone that far as to provide fine eaux-de-vie to major cognac houses such as Hennessy. The family traditions of making rich cognac still exist today.

So when you pop open a bottle of Merlet cognac, you are savouring history and the liquid-gold essence of the terroir.

South Korea first single malt whisky.

Ki One Single-Malt Whisky 700ml bottles debuts with 40% A.B.V. and are aged in American virgin oak casks.
It features a nose of rich oak and vanilla crunch and taste of both sweet banana and peach, with a long spicy finish.

-Old Pulteney Coastal Series Pineau Des Charentes-

Pineau des Charentes is a blend of grapes and young cognac and is often enjoyed as an aperitif.

On the nose, there is honey sweetness and vanilla. Unusual aromas that remind me of a liqueur with dominant apricot kernels.
On the palate seems spicy with oranges, salted caramel and some nuts.
The spiciness seems to linger abit longer.

The combination is interesting. It is certainly a change from the standard bottlings for die-hard Old Pulteney fans.
