Update for our lovely customers !

As you are aware. We will be welcoming our customers indoors from tomorrow (14th May) onwards! Please note we will have to still adhere to guidelines of social distancing to keep you and our staff safe! This means we may have to cap the amount of customers we can allow into premises at one time. So we ask you to please be patient and keep 2metres distance between yourselves and fellow customers. We will also do our best to keep good hygiene practises within the store :).

Hey guys! From tomorrow on wards we will be taking phone orders for pick-up, from our designated pick-up zone. We also have clickncollect under-works for our website which will soon be live! (will update once ready).

Here are the rules when doing a pre order for pick-up at Blackbull Kumeu

▪️ This can be done from 10am-6pm, Monday-Saturday
▪️ Customers can only place orders by ph (09 4122 953) or website(https://www.blackbullliquorkumeu.co.nz). A Staff member will then give you an order number which you must provide when collecting goods at store.
▪️ If you would like to pay via Eftpos you can do so on site. But your order MUST be placed prior to visiting the pick-up area!
▪️❗️PLEASE NOTE❗️ We are not allowed to take orders on the premises. All orders must be placed before! Please follow this step to avoid confusion for us and yourselves! Save time and pre order!
▪️ Please keep at least 2 meters social distancing when waiting to collect your order. Our staff will adhere to the social distancing rules and will keep eftpos terminal sanitised after transactions.
▪️ Limit of x3 bottles of full strength per customer
▪️ No sales of singles of beers or RTDs unless craft or Big bottles of beer.
▪️ We will not be accepting cash.

❗️KEY CONDITIONS PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING❗️

👉Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to arrive! We will do our best to get to everyone as fast as we can. Also note we cannot deliver on Good Friday or Easter Sunday. Orders placed on these days all shift to the following 24-48hr window! Again we will do our absolute best to get orders out in time. Please be patient!
👉You will need to confirm you are over 18 years of age when placing the order. We can ask you for your ID when we deliver, if we believe we need to. Please follow the 2m distance rule when working with our staff if we have asked to see your ID. This is just protocol. Please do not be rude to our staff.
👉 You will notice pricing isn’t the same as in store, this is to cover our travel, staff and payment processing fee’s.
👉 Min order is $60 and maximum order being $1000, delivery fee is $7 per order. We advise you order what you need so it saves you from having to re order and get in queue again.
👉Once a product goes out of stock, we will place orders ASAP to get this back in stock. Will post on the FB page as products are back in stock!
👉Paypal is only option available right now. Next week we will have Account to account option available.
