Hi guys, we are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and confident person who shows initiative with a history of great customer service to join our staff.

You will be responsible for helping lead a store team alongside the Store Manager in ensuring the efficient running of the bottle store in line with Liquorland’s service standards, whilst meeting employee, customer, and outlet expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example in customer service
• Management of the team including motivation, communication, performance management
• Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators
• Stock management including ordering, inventory, invoicing, stock rotation
• Deliver top class store presentation
• Ensure that our customers and team members work in a safe environment
• Ensure the responsible sale of alcohol
• Working weekends and nights

Skills and experience:
• strong communication skills
• exceptional customer service skills
• self-motivated & ability to work as part of a team
• a current Managers Certificate to sell liquor
• a good understanding of the NZ Health and Safety Laws and Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
• at least 3 years’ experience in the liquor industry
• retail management experience preferably in the liquor industry
