世上好酒多如繁星、數之不盡，然而當中脫穎而出的，是一小部分與眾不同、可稱之為絕世佳釀的傑出作品。它們並不只是產量稀少、一瓶難求，更是能夠揉合「天地人」三大要素，從而展現出比同儕更為細膩複雜的細微之處 (nuances)，甚至可以觸動飲者的情緒、並帶來那一口的感動。

君蘭酒業於 3 月 24 日舉辦的 The Grand Reserve Wine Dinner 便是希望藉著選出這些傑出之作，讓來賓得以感受到它們的偉大之處。例如當中的 Lucien Le Moine Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru 'Les Amoureuses' 2017：這個只由兩人成立的 Bourgogne Negociants 憑著對葡萄酒的熱愛以及對一切細節的執著，僅用了 20 年就使「Lucien Le Moine」之名成為 Bourgogne 最頂級的指標。

而這瓶 Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru 'Les Amoureuses' 正是最能夠體現由全身心奉獻於葡萄酒的人在最出色的葡萄田中，是如何在每一個年份內盡人事、聽天命，既尊重並敬畏自然，又相信自己作為人類那渺小卻不平凡的力量，最終將宏大的一切集合於一瓶酒之內，隨後忠實地循着撲鼻而來的芬芳香氣、還有順口而入的美味酒液，帶給每位難以言表的美妙感受。

Arnaud Mortet 在別人眼中或許是擁有傳奇父親的教導以及酒莊的天之驕子，但事實上他一路走來的從來不是一條康莊大道。

在海外學成歸來後 Arnaud 於 2000 年加入父親 Denis Mortet 的家族事業，但 2006 年父親驟然離世便使他不得不肩負酒莊存亡的重大責任。獨自面對父親過往所立下的極佳名聲，Arnaud 意識到他不可失敗，就憑著以前從父親學到的、還有自己的感覺和想像力去完成整個 2006 年份的收成以及出品 (When he found himself alone for the 2006 vintage, he coped by saying: “I’m going to do as he did, but by also trusting my imagination.”)。釀出好的 Burgundy 絕非一朝一夕之事，可想而知 Arnaud 當時所面對的挑戰是何等巨大。

父親離去至今已有 16 年，Arnaud 如今也成為 Burgundy 其中一位大師級人馬，並在 2015 年以自己名號「Arnaud Mortet」創立屬於自己的酒莊。和父親一樣，他自己亦堅守自然耕作、尊重風土、品質至上的釀酒理念，不但沒有辜負父親留下的名譽以及酒莊，也在努力走出他 Arnaud Mortet 的傳奇之路。

" The expressive nose is ripe and ultra-fresh with its aromas of violet, plum, earth, red and dark cherry and humus. There is excellent volume to the attractively energetic medium weight flavors that brim with dry extract as well as a subtle minerality on the complex, detailed, persistent and highly refreshing finish as one just feels like drinking this. Burgundy Meursault 酒村因為頂級白酒而聞名於世 😋 但今時今日又怎可以認定 Meursault 不能夠出產優質 Pinot Noir？

從 1988 年開始 Pierre Morey 已經擔任傳奇名莊「孖雞」Domaine Leflaive 的釀酒師直到 2008 年，然後便將重心全部投放在創立屬於自己的酒莊。早在 80 年代開始他就已經領先同儕、推行有機耕作並大膽嘗試自然動力法，而如今他的酒莊亦遵循自然動力法，釀造出風格天然、優雅、強調風土特色的葡萄酒。

整個 Meursault 的種植面積中 Pinot Noir 只佔少於 5 %，因此 Meursault Rouge 是屬於非常罕見的酒款，以黑果實、煙熏肉、皮革、辛香料等風味帶出 Burgundy Pinot Noir 另一個獨特風貌。

"Morey's small cuvée of 2019 Meursault Les Durots is showing very nicely, mingling aromas of smoky berries and plums with hints of dark chocolate and forest floor. Medium-bodied, lively and precise, it's fine-boned and elegant. It's well worth seeking out. " - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (89~91 points)

近年 Burgundy 多次經歷嚴苛的氣候挑戰，尤其是越來越頻繁的嚴重春霜以及夏季熱浪，都大大影響 Burgundy 葡萄酒的產量和質量，亦同時使得其價格屢創新高 🔝

八月對很多人來說，是沒有公眾假期又非常炎熱的一個月 🥵 但對於 Mollydooker，八月十三日的國際左撇子日 International Left Hander Day 便意義重大 ❗️

「Mollydooker」在南澳當地的俚語中有「左撇子 Left Hander」的意思，而 Mollydooker 酒莊內大部分人，包括酒莊創辦人 Sarah 都是左撇子。自 2005 年酒莊成立並推出第一個年份開始，Mollydooker 便奠定了在南澳 McLaren Vale 的地位：釀造濃厚柔順、討人喜歡、能夠代表南澳葡萄酒風格的優秀作品 🥊 尤其旗艦酒款包括 Enchanted Path、Carnival of Love 以及 Velvet Glove，多年來都持續得到各大酒評家的好評 😋
