Astbury Trevor (former managing director of West Yorkshire Motors) of Sharlston Common aged 89 years died peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday 3rd September 2024. The beloved husband of Irene, devoted and loving dad of Beverley, Tina, and Paul, cherished and adored grandad of Frances, Lucy, Joe, and Matilda, loving great grandad of Zach and Ivy, very dear father-in-law of Robert and Polly and a dear uncle. Trevor will be remembered with love and respect by all his many friends, former work colleagues, Rotarians and members of The Alice Bacon Memorial Trust.
Service will be held in St Luke's Church Sharlston on Friday 27th September at 12.30pm followed by private immediate family members only cremation. Family flowers only please donations in memory of Trevor for The Alice Bacon Memorial Trust may be left in the donation box situated at the back of Church. Following the service in Church mourners are invited to make their way to The White Horse Sharlston where the family will join them after the service at the crematorium. Will everyone please accept this intimation and take their seats in Church to await the family's arrival.
