A notorious karaoke hogger and a lover of all kinds of music with an affinity for soul, jazz and R&B. Gina’s musical influences range from Sam Cooke, Dolly Parton, Lady Gaga, Aretha Franklin and Nelly. When not singing with the band Gina enjoys watching ‘portrait artist of the year’ and taking naps.

Cooper & Cutt Estate Agents Ltd have an opening for a part time office administrator based in our Wakefield City Centre office.

The applicant would be required to work every Saturday 9am till 2pm with further midweek hours available as and when required, based around other staff holidays.

The starting salary is £9.50 per hour and no experience is necessary in the housing sector as full training will be given but a smart appearance and good telephone manner is essential.

No car is required as the applicant will be office based

· Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

· Manage point-of-sale processes

· Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments

· Keep up to date with product information

Requirements
