Introducing Eagle Ridge Pinot Noir Rose from Wild Wood Vineyard, a multi-award winning, family owned vineyard situated just down the road in Eridge.
The vineyard was started in 2014 and has since produced a wide range of premium quality, award winning wines using many sustainable practices. Check out their website to find out more or why not book a tour!!

What a wonderful summer evening we had for our staff party this week! Thank you Michael for your generosity, with delicious pizzas .events.catering, BBQ by Igor, salads and puddings shared by all. Michael did a fantastic speech thanking both farm and shop staff for all their hard work. He presented Diana and Samantha with our framed certificate of SILVER for the Independent Retailer Award 2024 and a framed photo of them . The glamping site on our farm is even more amazing than last year. Claire and Ade have done a fantastic job, there is everything you need for a memorable stay. Some of us were lucky enough to stay over, waking up in the Kent countryside is wonderful!

New products!!
We have just stocked up on a new health drink called OOM based in Cowden. They are lightly sparkling natural non-alcoholic functional beverages full of vitamins, adaptogens and mushrooms. The three different flavours offer cognitive, relaxation and immunity by using Lions mane, Reishi and Chaga mushrooms. Pop into the shop and choose from
-Calm: peach, blood orange & hops
-Focus: yuzu, ginger & turmeric
-Balance: lime, mint & rosemary.

Our blueberries are ready! The farm team picked this first lot this morning along with redcurrants, blackcurrants and raspberries. We have gooseberries, strawberries and cherries all from Kent. Our own cherries are not ready yet, all crops seem to be a month behind. Still it's important to eat with the seasons ...it's cheaper, fresher and better for our environment.

Freeze gooseberries for delicious gooseberry fool or use them to make jam. In fact use any of the above to make preserves. We do sell these soft fruits out of season so stock up, pop in or order online for collection or local delivery.
We are open 7 days a week.
Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6pm
Sunday 10am to 5pm.

We are really pleased to introduce "Happy Belly" raw kefir, labneh and paneer on our shelves. The raw milk is from pasture fed cows at Commonwork Organic Dairy Farm, Bore Place near Edenbridge. Rachna previously supplied us with her popular Labneh and has now brought more of her products. The interest in gut health has increased recently with the gains that millions of bacteria, vitamins and enzymes have on our digestive system. Come and try some!

Pop up TASTING EVENT today 11am to 2pm! Hugo will be with us with his pitas, gyros and sauces. He took inspiration from his travels for his delicious Greek selection. Based in Kent, we are pleased to support his small business. The staff are very happy he is coming back, that's lunch sorted. Come and try some yourselves, perfect on a summer's day!

Last week, we introduced to our shelves. They offer a range of seven different seasoning mixes, perfect for creating nutritious meals. The seasonings are handcrafted locally using the finest herbs and spices from around the world, and they are free from artificial additives, preservatives, sugar, and excessive salt. Choose from BBQ Banger, Jerk Bezerk, Gnarly Garlic, Everything Epic, Lemon Herbert, Serious Spice, and Mega Mexican, just add fresh meat, fish or veggies.

Happy Summer Solstice! As is the tradition, we have finished cutting our asparagus. There are only a few bundles left but it is still worth popping in for our soft fruit and seeing our Taste of Kent SILVER Award.

Our strawberries and raspberries are growing really well and we will have a constant supply until October. We have started picking our gooseberries and blackcurrants, let's make the most of these delicious seasonal fruits.

Ruth has brought up her stunning fresh bouquets she has grown and hand tied Clive is making someone very happy today!

We applied to the TOKA awards earlier in the year and were shortlisted as a place of excellence for our range of Kent produce and customer service. A 'secret shopper' visited us and we received the silver award!

We are delighted to announce that we received the 'Independent Retailer of the Year' Silver Award at the Taste of Kent Award ceremony last night!

Samantha and Diana travelled to the University of Kent in Canterbury where they had a lovely evening celebrating with the other finalists. There was the opportunity to taste products from the suppliers (visit
to see all of the categories and their winners).

We would like to thank our fabulous team in our farm shop and on the farm for getting us to the finals and to our boss Michael.

A huge 'Thank you!' to BBC Radio Kent for having us on 'The Wake Up Call' in Tunbridge Wells this morning. Samantha chatted to Ann Cookson alongside Leigh from the Boathouse Fisheries and Richard from Biddenden Vineyard ahead of the 'Taste of Kent Awards' this evening in Canterbury. We have entered the Independent Retailer Award as TOKA focus on excellence in tasting, selling and promoting food and drink in Kent. As members of 'Produced In Kent' we feel connected to other growers, suppliers and members which gives us invaluable support in our farm shop.

It was great fun 'tasting' Kent produce with Producer Mike, Sam, Anna and other members of the BBC team. Michael the boss was in the background and enjoyed listening as well. Do listen in to the show available on I Player. We were 2.39 from the start of the 6am programme.

Happy Friday everyone! We have had a busy week picking our very own strawberries, raspberries and asparagus, with the sunshine finally here we have a constant supply. We have English cooked beetroot which is delicious, as well as all our usual stock.

Jasper is here with his Fish Van, Kieron with his Game until lunchtime. Don't forget we can make up hampers for Father's Day which is coming up soon!

Thank you to everyone who popped in this half term week! We have had lots of customers give us their asparagus recipes, here is the latest tart, absolutely delicious. We have plenty of all grades of our asparagus for sale this weekend, strawberries, beautiful local flowers and more. We are also at Penshurst Farmers Market Sunday 9.30am until midday.

Thanks to everyone who came for the tasting event! We are open over the Bank Holiday so pop in and pick up some of our Asparagus, Strawberries and everything else! We are well stocked with Southborough butcher meat, Kieron's game sausages and all your BBQ essentials. From dips and crisps to salad, bread, pastries, tarts, pies and drinks.

We would love to see you. May the sun continue to shine!

Don't forget to book glamping on our farm and treat yourself to some flowers (and chocolate).

We are really pleased to announce we have arranged a COOK tasting this Friday 24th 11.15am to 3.00pm. Their ambassador will be serving up Great Taste Award winning Morrocan Spiced Lamb Tagine and their Green Thai Chicken Curry. COOK food is prepared by hand from sustainably sourced ingredients. They were one of the first Certified BCorp companies back in 2013 so lead the way in sustainability, one of our passions. We heard from Andy who is part of their sustainability team at the launch.

We will have some deserts for you to try too. We have a selection of Cheesecakes and hot Chocolate Fondants!

Of course Jasper will be here with his Fish Van from Rye and Kieron with his locally sourced game. We hope to see you Friday.

Today we have been celebrating one of our staff members 'Jen' who has been working with us for a year! She not only brings her enthusiasm for everything fruit and veg, Jen is a small business owner With a huge passion for bringing vegan baking to a wider audience, Jen uses her chef experience that spans over 20 years to create the most delicious bakes. Jen is very popular as she insists we try everything before it goes on sale in our farm shop. We always have one of her vegan cakes that can be bought by the slice as well as whatever she has dreamed up....today was a proper spread... focaccia, cookies, tiffin, muffins and flapjacks. There are more available tomorrow when we open at 8.30!

Thanks Jen for being in our fab team, being a generous chef and indulging us all today on your anniversary.

Our main crop asparagus has been getting off to a slow start with the weather not on our side. (Great time for fruit crumble though!). We have had a couple of trays head to our farm shop for customers to enjoy and we hope the warmer bank holiday weekend ahead will encourage our 14 acres of asparagus to grow! When we have more we will be able to take orders through our online shop.(Link.in bio).

We have some 'early' strawberries from which are proving to be popular, our own grown rhubarb and Kentish Bramleys. Our shop is full of fresh fruit, veg; Jasper with his Fish Van from Rye and Kieron with his local Game will be with us this morning.

We are really pleased to welcome one of our cider suppliers to do a 'tasting' during 'British Cider Week'. James will be with us between 1pm and 5pm tomorrow, Friday 26th April. Award winning Charrington fruit farm is located in Mayfield on a 120 acre private estate, just over 8 miles away from us.

The Charrington family have been growing apples for over 50 years and have always had sustainability at their heart. A carbon neutral business with the highest global accreditation, they have hand picked almost 50 million apples; their ethos 'make every apple count' is reflected in their quality of Charrington's drinks.

We reduce items near their best before or use by dates and since June 2021 have been part of .uk a food waste app that helps reduce food waste. We have been celebrating World Earth Day today. This year's theme is 'Planet Vs Plastics' and calling for a 60% reduction in global plastic production by 2040. It is also bringing awareness to the dangers of plastics to all living creatures and the planet. We can all take part in
'Reduce your plastic use by avoiding single use items, shift towards a plastic free lifestyle for a collective impact on a plastic-free future.'
We try and avoid plastic packaging, provide cardboard boxes, paper bags, compostable punnets and have compostable bags. Better still you can bring in your own containers and bags. Let's all reuse and ♻️ recycle. Let's save our planet.

We welcome a wider range of Must chup Mayo's and have tastings available tomorrow, Friday 18th April. It has been launched recently at the artisan market in the Ideal Home Exhibition with great feedback.Take your pick from Truffle Mayo, Smoked Garlic Mayo, Chilli Mayo or Original Must Chup Mayo. They are versatile, delicious and from one of our most local suppliers, down the road in Rusthall! Andrew sadly can't be with us himself but we will have Jasper with his fresh fish catch from Rye and Kieron with his wild Game to purchase.
